Il Gallo d’Oro restaurant and The Cliff Bay hotel (2 Michelin stars) kicked off the 9th Stars Route.
This prestigious festival guaranteed an explosion of flavours at three tasting dinners helded between March 10 and 13.
All prepared by the hands of 11 Portuguese and international chefs, most with 1 or 2 Michelin stars.
To match the food, some of the best sommeliers in Portugal lead on an unforgettable journey through the diversity of Portuguese wines.
